Engaging Grandparents and Seniors for a Livable Climate
The overall objective of STAY COOL is protect our grandkids from global warming. We are a well-informed, active, non-partisan grandparent organization working to educate leaders and others about the urgent need to pursue policies that reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
Next STAY COOL Event: Cabrillo Family Hike August 5, 2017 (rescheduled from June 10)
Bring out the grandkids and join us on Saturday, August 5 at 9:45 am Cabrillo National Monument. We will be treated to a special Ranger-led hike by ecologist Alexandria Warneke, who also specializes in youth engagement in science. Alex will share insights about climate change impacts on the Cabrillo area and surrounding marine habitats, all while making it fun for the kids. Click here to learn more about this event..
